We want you to be happy with Hooksmith. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — no questions asked.

How refunds are processed

Our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, processes all payments and refunds on our behalf. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

You have two easy options:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. From there you can request a refund directly.
  2. Or contact KurtzLieb Technology LLC through the support channel inside the app and we will assist you with Paddle.

Please include your order email and, if you have it, your Paddle order or transaction ID so we can locate your purchase quickly.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and you will keep access until the end of the billing period that you have already paid for. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund — if you also want a refund for the most recent payment, request one within the 30-day window described above.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please contact us or Paddle first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
